Your Mission
As a Talent Officer at Upthrust, you will take the lead in finding and attracting the best talent in digital/growth marketing, digital analytics, design, development and project management.
Together with Laura and Ellen from the People & Culture team, you will also be responsible for our People Operations; the daily administration, management & follow-up of our people.
Potential responsibilities:
- Build a network of digital talent on LinkedIn and become a go-to advisor for people who want to take the next step in their digital career.
- Develop and implement a sourcing strategy on different channels and work together with our marketers to build our talent pipeline.
- Daily connect and interact with potential candidates on LinkedIn, via email, on the phone and in video meetings and share the Upthrust vibe with them.
- Keep our candidates highly engaged during the recruitment process and manage candidates’ files, feedback and information in our applicant tracking system.
- Take care of the onboarding of new Upthrusters and make them feel welcome and at ease throughout their first days, weeks and months.
- Match our Upthrusters with the right client projects and support them in their career development.

Hello, is it you we’re looking for?

- You have at least 1 year of successful recruitment experience, ideally in a recruitment agency or a fast-paced environment. Extra points if you have recruitment experience with digital & IT profiles.
- You know your way around in LinkedIn Recruiter and/or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
- You’re curious, data-driven, hungry to learn and love to challenge yourself.
- You find a solution to every problem.
- You’re an effective communicator.
- You take ownership of your life, your work, your projects, your wins and your failures.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch, spoken and written. Extra points if you also speak French.
- Last but not least, you’re fun to work with and you love a good laugh!
