    Bachelor Project in cooperation with Hillerød Hospital: iOs application written in Swift to help visualize and explain waiting times in the emergency unit in hospitals. A big part of the project was UX-design and UX-testing.

You master plenty of skills so you have an interesting profile for a lot of different jobs such as developing websites and other software applications, e-commerce and e-business, installation and maintenance of computer networks, network management and system administration.

    Information technology covers a wide field. Four important pillars determine the study program: web development, computer and network technology (Cisco CCNA 1-4 & VMware Certified Associate), system administration and programming.

    Monitor at the boys' and girls' Scouts in Hamme providing weekly animation on Sunday from 13:30 until 17:30 plus a 10-day camp and weekends. At Scouts & Gidsen Hamme, you don't only learn how to lead a group of kids and make sure they have a fantastic sunday, you also teach them to have respect for nature and for each other. I also learnt to operate in a team with the other monitors.

  • EU-XCEL European virtual accelerator [Winners Danish scrum]

    EU-XCEL is a new virtual accelerator which seeks out talented, aspiring entrepreneurs in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) to participate in a unique international entrepreneurship experience focused on creating and supporting European teams to become incubator-ready entrepreneurs.

    My group and I are the winners of the Copenhagen scrum. In November we will be pitching our idea for funding at the EU-XCEL finals in Cork, Ireland.

    The thesis consists of two big parts. The first one is a theoretical study about user experience, usability and user experience testing (UX testing). Here I explore different central concepts. Additionally, I outline findings from our research that was conducted on how to make a good user interface, and finally I provide an account of the results that I obtained from testing our design.

    The second part has a more practical focus than the first part. It gives the reader more insight into the process of developing a working solution for improving the patient satisfaction in the accident and emergency room. We will apply some of the concepts that were described in the first part and illustrate and discuss how the results of the UX- testing will influence the final product.

    This project was developed in association with Hillerød Hospital. The requirements were discussed, a number of usability tests were conducted with patients, and the final solution was presented to the staff and doctors.
