Series of short efforts to deep dive into the industry / segment and current digital set-up of your company. We define your metrics in this stage.

Ideate & Prioritize
Workshop series in which we co-create digital growth barriers, drivers & ideas that impact conversion & your revenue uplift. Main deliverable is a shortlist of experiments.

Asset creation
Every project we run contains a content ramp-up. We create all the assets needed for the experiment cycles. Going from copy to visuals and from video’s to MVP’s. On top of that we setup the necessary dashboard to track the impact of our actions.

Kill/Scale rounds
In (bi-) weekly growth sprints with your teams we do KILL/SCALE exercises & evaluate the quality of the generated outcomes. Focus is on scaling what works and dropping what doesn’t.

Reporting
One of our USP’s is our approach to knowledge sharing. We bundle all successful experiments in what we call a ‘cookbook’. The actual reporting happens via live-dashboards which you can access at any time during the project, not only at the end.
